How we handle your details when you get in touch.
Who is responsible
Kingsway Business Support is operated by Torus Management Consultancy LLC, which is responsible for the details you send us. You can contact us about your details at hello@kingswaybusinesssupport.co.uk.
How you can get in touch
This website has no enquiry form of its own. If you use the enquiry or partnership form on the Kingsway Brokerage website, your enquiry goes to the central Kingsway team and is handled under that website’s privacy notice. Our links to that form tell Kingsway Brokerage only which Kingsway website you came from, as a short code; they carry nothing about you.
Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details, which are used only to keep the site secure.
What we don’t need
Medical information about you or anyone else, claims history, bank details, policy documents or identity documents. Please leave them out of any message.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and have a first conversation.
We also keep records, protect this website, and may now and then tell you about other Kingsway services relevant to your business. We may share details with our own professional advisers where necessary, or where the law requires it. We don’t sell your details.
Where it is held
Enquiries made through that form, and any email enquiry we record, are kept in Zoho CRM, the customer records system Torus Management Consultancy LLC uses for the Kingsway brands, in Zoho’s data centre in the United Arab Emirates. We reply using Zoho Mail. This website runs on Cloudflare.
Our systems may be operated or accessed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Where UK transfer rules apply, we use the relevant adequacy arrangement or contractual safeguards and complete any required transfer assessment. You can ask us which safeguard applies to a particular transfer.
Why we can use it
We rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business service delivery, relationship management, security and relevant business marketing; on steps taken at your request where that applies; and on legal obligations for records we must keep. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing, and you can object to direct marketing at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Service, contract and invoicing records may be kept for six years. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record for as long as we need it to respect that. Security logs follow the hosting provider’s standard security-retention period.
This website
The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other websites. Cloudflare, which hosts it, may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to tell people from automated traffic.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, ask us to restrict or transfer them, or object to how we use them. Write to us at the address above: we reply without undue delay, normally within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk.
